This policy explains what personal information MindVsYou, a product of Sparqity Private Limited, collects on mindvsyou.io and when you buy a PDF, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Many of our visitors are students under 18, so we collect as little as we can.
Student accounts in the practice app at quiz.mindvsyou.io are handled separately from this policy. For questions about them, write to us at the address below.
1. What we collect
- When you buy a PDF: your name, email address and phone number, which you enter on the Razorpay payment page. Razorpay also collects the payment details it needs, such as your card, UPI or bank details. We never see your card or bank details.
- When you write to us or use a support form: the details you choose to send, such as your name, class, phone number and what you need help with. Support forms are delivered to us through Formspree.
- When you browse our website: anonymous usage information such as pages visited, device type and which buttons are clicked, collected with Google Analytics. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or student IDs to Google Analytics.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver your PDF and confirm your payment.
- To answer your support requests and fix problems.
- To understand which pages and chapters are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To keep records that the law requires, such as for accounting and tax.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it to show you advertisements.
3. Who else sees it
- Razorpay processes payments and sends payment confirmations.
- Google provides Analytics and hosts the PDF file we deliver on Google Drive.
- Formspree delivers support forms to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to share information.
4. Children
Students under 18 should buy a PDF with a parent or guardian. We do not track or profile children or show them targeted advertising. If you are a parent and want information about your child deleted, write to us.
5. How long we keep it
We keep purchase details for as long as needed to give support and to meet accounting and legal requirements, and then delete them. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Email hello@mindvsyou.io from the address you used and we will reply within a reasonable time. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you.
7. Security
We use trusted providers and limit who can see your details. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Grievances and changes
For complaints about how we handle your information, write to hello@mindvsyou.io. We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
