This policy covers refunds, cancellations and delivery for PDFs bought from MindVsYou, a product of Sparqity Private Limited.
1. Delivery
- PDFs are digital. Nothing is shipped.
- As soon as your payment goes through, you are taken to a page with a Download your PDF button. Save the file to your phone or computer.
- If you are not redirected, or the download does not work, email hello@mindvsyou.io with your payment id and we will send you the PDF.
2. Cancellations
Because the PDF is delivered immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment has gone through.
3. Refunds
- A digital PDF cannot be returned, so we do not refund a PDF after it has been downloaded.
- We will fix the problem or refund you if the file does not open, is damaged, or you were charged more than once for the same PDF. Email us within 7 days of the payment, with your payment id.
- If a payment was taken but you did not reach the download page, we will either send you the PDF or refund you.
4. How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. They usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
