These terms apply when you use mindvsyou.io or buy a PDF from MindVsYou, a product of Sparqity Private Limited ("MindVsYou", "we", "us").
1. What we offer
MindVsYou helps CBSE Class 10 students practise previous-year questions (PYQs) and other questions online. We also sell chapter-wise PDFs, for example CBSE Class 10 Science: Carbon and Its Compounds, with previous-year practice questions (2023–2026), official answers and MindVsYou's explanations.
2. Buying a PDF
- The price is shown on the payment page, in Indian rupees. Payment is handled by Razorpay.
- After payment you are taken to a page with a download button. Delivery details are in our Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy.
- Students under 18 should buy with a parent or guardian.
3. Personal use only
The PDF is for your own exam preparation. Please do not share, resell, upload or publish the file or its download link.
4. Content and ownership
MindVsYou is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). CBSE's question papers and official answers belong to CBSE. The explanations, layout and other original material in our PDFs and on this website belong to MindVsYou.
5. Study aid, not a guarantee
Our PDFs and practice tools are study aids. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise any particular marks or result. If you find a mistake, please tell us at hello@mindvsyou.io.
6. Refunds
Please read our Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy. In short, there are no refunds once the PDF has been downloaded, except where the file does not open or you were charged twice.
7. Privacy
We use your name, email and phone number only to deliver the PDF and give support. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from a PDF purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
